"The room was very clean and overall in good condition, so no complaints there. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely worn—you could actually see a noticeable dip in the mattress where it had sunk down from use. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and I woke up stiff with a sore back. A comfortable bed is one of the most important parts of a motel stay, so this was definitely disappointing.
We also needed to wash some clothes, and thankfully they had a washer and dryer available. There was only one...
