"I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights."

"The common areas of property were well maintained, staff appeared to be very diligent. The rooms appear clean, definitely wear and tear, cracked sink bowl, door closing was off, trim over sink in bathroom could use a scrub in the detailed woodwork. I called multiple times because our room door did not lock, could be pushed open from outside, would lock when we were inside. The maintenance guys did arrive and worked to get it fixed. We did notice though that the door then wouldn't lock with...

"This is an interesting hotel, conveniently located on top of a shopping mall with a grocery store. We took advantage of the free parking underneath and free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. The rooms are sparse but the beds and room temps were very comfortable."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. It was very clean, quiet, and in a great location, making it easy to get around. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, which was great for longer stays or preparing meals. The only downsides were that the double bed was quite small and not especially comfortable, and the apartment could benefit from some modernising in places. "A gem of a place near Faro train station and the old town. Clean, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Very quiet at night time, nice bed and a continental breakfast to start off the day! Next time I'm in Faro, I'll plan to stay here again."
