"The hotel is old and has been remodeled, but it wasn’t a great job. We checked in late in the evening and we’re ready to go to bed or we probably would’ve tried to find somewhere else. When we went into the room, it smelled musty like it had been wet and hadn’t aired out properly and then when we laid down in the bed, my wife noticed that her pillows smelled like body odor. "The staff were very polite. The amenities are exceptional! Especially the dinners each night. That helped our families as a softball team tremendously. It was very nice to not have to leave the property after being at the ball field all day."

"Positives: Comfy beds and pleasant staff. Negatives: The air conditioner rattled and the floor had bugs on it. The worst part was how loud the upstairs guests were until 4am. I got no sleep. I reported this to staff twice, but nothing seemed to change. There was a family of 7 above me bouncing balls on the floor and jumping off beds all night. I won’t stay again."

"The elevator was out of service and our suite was only available on the third floor. We agreed to a regular room on the first floor with no offer of rebate. Generally speaking the cleanliness of the property was suspect. Twice cleaning supplies were left on our room and the bathroom floor smelled of foul mop water. We switched one night to a different hotel and had to get Expedia involved to get a refund from the hotel."

"Pro: One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel. Con: Furniture had extremely heavy dust all over."

"The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for."

"Hello, The Breakfast is nothing to write home about. VERY Generic basic offers. We stayed 3 nights and only ate breakfast once there because it was so Generic. Room was nice , The have nothing interesting on the TV Guide, but you really don’t need to be in front of the TV, we like to wind down at bedtime watching something good and didn’t really have that. No plastic utensils or any kind for Coffee"
