"We booked our room through Expedia and chose a room that does not even exist. We paid for a Junior Suite with walk in shower and when we arrived, we found out they don’t have that room. The manager looked at my confirmation and pictures I took of my booked room. My husband and I went for supper and when we came back, after spending a night in a room we didn’t want, we were upgraded to a suite, no added charge. "We recently had a 1 night stay and absolutely loved it. Very clean property. Great selection in the casino and very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't go during live horse racing but I can imagine it would be a great time. If I could add one thing, it would be that the "food court" area could use some attention but with a couple great restaurants on site as well, we didn't go hungry. Would recommend this property!"

"We arrived early because our flight was at 7:00 a.m. and I knew that we weren't probably going to get a room to later. We talked to three different staff who told us our room could be ready by noon time and that they would let us know. We sat right across from the front desk for 6 hours and no one approached us to tell us our room was ready or we can check in even tho we went up and asked a few times. I really bathroom floor had hair on it and small hairs in the bathtub.. there was also stains...
