"Updated rooms with all the necessary features for a comfortable multi-night stay. Good internet connection, well-equipped bathroom, great room overall. The hotel restaurant on site was good, and there are many other delicious food options in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We booked our room through Expedia and chose a room that does not even exist. We paid for a Junior Suite with walk in shower and when we arrived, we found out they don’t have that room. The manager looked at my confirmation and pictures I took of my booked room. My husband and I went for supper and when we came back, after spending a night in a room we didn’t want, we were upgraded to a suite, no added charge. The Supervisor was very quick to help and was so kind to us. We were so happy with his help! "

"Staff were knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming. Hotel Restaurant staff were very welcoming and hospitality was very considerate and happy. Cocktails and food were wonderful quality. It was late when we arrived at check in and were really hungry... Gochujang Wings and Mussels in a white wine butter sauce were very delicious and appreciated so late in the evening. Plus a dessert for my birthday that day at 11:30pm was not necessary for the staff, but so appreciated as I was tired. Hotel rooms were quiet and peaceful. Beds, pillows, bedding was very comfortable and cozy. House keeping was excellent, very impressed with topping up tissues, towels, water, tea and making the bed during our 5 night stay. Pool was lovely and clean. Location was quiet, but Central and walking distance to aloy of sights. 26min walk to Rogers & Scotia Stadium. 40min walk to Kensington Village. Across the street at Elm Street Italian Deli.... submarine sandwiches were Excellent! Also Unholy donuts are wonderful. I would definitely stay again."
