"I would not recommend staying in this hotel. The Wi-Fi did not work. We had issues with our TV and had to reset it a few times. The place looks nice in photos and from the outside, but from the inside it smelled old and rotten. We had to leave the windows open to air it out. It was absolutely terrible. Everything was outdated. It’s great that it’s a pet friendly hotel but if you don’t have a pet, then you’re dealing with pet hair and dander and the area they provide for them to relieve...

"Good no frills hotel very close to the Heavenly gondola. Clean and tidy. Room includes shower, sink, desk and chair (and, of course, bed(!)). Free internet and free parking were much appreciated. The check in person was very nice."

"The property was ok. Location was perfect to get to Heavenly, Whole Foods and places to eat. It’s family friendly. However on the downside, the property seemed old. The units had an odd odor. We purchased some candles to burn but it didn’t help much. The appliances in the kitchen were old. The dishwasher was out of the wall. There is a resort fee to use the pool and activity room which we did not use. We did however use the pool tables which was fun. Renting DVD’s was very retro. We rented...

"The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. This beach front property offers stunning Sierra Mountain View’s. The rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant onsite offers great menu options. I would definitely return."

"The check in was quick. I arrived early to park there and spend the day at Heavenly. The staff notified me around noon my room is ready. The room has everything I needed. The bath room shower and tower rack are dated. The service was great. The location is the best I could ask for skiing at heavenly."

"Room was average, in an awkward location, hallway was dingy and old. It was convenient to walk to places. Shower was warm but not hot unfortunately and we tried at night and again we in the morning, balcony overlooked parking lot and the back of another hotel…not worth the price"
