We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...

"Absolute gem of a hotel! Wonderful staff that gave us the warmest welcome I received in a hotel for a long time. Good location with a metro station close by and 10-15 minute ride to the city center. Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes, towels, and slippers for our visitor to the thermal baths. Overall great stay and fantastic value for money - we will come back the next time we are in Budapest."

The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities. The kitchen is very small, but it’s adequate, there is no dishwasher (there may be in some other rooms) but there is a washing machine. Transport links are good, metro around the corner,...

La mia camera molto bella: grande, con tanto spazio (anche con divano) e non la classica stanza di hotel piccola. Forse metterei una TV più grande ma non è fondamentale. Nella doccia aggiungerei un contenitore con il sapone attaccato alla parete. Il prezzo è decisamente più basso rispetto agli altri hotel di Budapest."
