"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...

"Absolute gem of a hotel! Wonderful staff that gave us the warmest welcome I received in a hotel for a long time. Good location with a metro station close by and 10-15 minute ride to the city center. Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes, towels, and slippers for our visitor to the thermal baths. Overall great stay and fantastic value for money - we will come back the next time we are in Budapest."

"Very clean room, with enough space for 2, fully functioning kitchen. Very easy self service entry, keep in mind you need internet upon your arrival as your entry code will be available on your arrival day. The appartement is located next to busses/metro to get to the city center in a few minutes. There is a store nearby. Would definetely recommend this place and I would come back if I would visit budapest again"

"Excellent room, great breakfast, I got the delux room or whatever and the view was great. I loved how close it was to the station and then walkable for tourist sights and seeing the river. Never ate at the bar because the area was so good but people looked like they were having a good time. Staff also gave good recommendations and maps upon arrival. 11/10"

"Location is great...it's in the centre yet away from all the noise. They have limited rooms so it's less people and very quiet. We had a good sleep after a long day of walking. Close to all the shops, restaurants and public transports. Staff are friendly, helpful and exceeded my expectations. They gave me a bottle of champagne for my birthday. Breakfast was also good. "

The TV supports screen mirroring, and the bathroom is bright and spotless with premium toiletries.The breakfast was top-notch. Hot Chocolate is incredibly rich and intense. The made-to-order breakfast menu is exquisite, offering an extensive selection of dishes. The Spa was clean, spacious, and relaxing. "

"Grundsätzlich war alles sauber und ordentlich, aber die Zimmerreinigung zwischendurch war etwas nachlässig - ein Schlafzimmer gemacht, das andere nicht. War etwas seltsam. Aber im Allgemeinen war das Hotel und auch das Apartment bei Anreise in sehr ordentlichem Zustand. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück war lecker. Wir würden wiederkommen."

"Incredible service by Petra and Attila. They gave us all the great restaurants and bakeries and places to go. Thanks for their help with trains !! The sauna was so deluxe: hot and a nice rest area. The breakfast was delicious with fresh squeezed juice. Great pastries. Our room was quiet and the bed was great. Super location with easy walk everywhere. We are coming back . "
