"When I checked in the desk clerk was not friendly. I was assigned a room and when I inspected the room it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I went to the desk and could not find the clerk. I peeked in the side door and ask if there was anyone there and got no answer. I then found the clerk way in the back avoiding the front desk. She became upset and said she was going to refund my registration and have me leave. Because it was a prepaid registration she could not refund and...

"Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. "You need 24 hour security. Nothing is done about crime of the drug deals and homeless people. The disturbances 24 7 vicious dogs crapping in none pet areas like in front of my room and the stairs. People are leaning on wall by our door running drugs you hear them thru the walls. Yelling and screaming all times on day n night. Today we heard the pit bull lunging at a loitering drugged by my door threats of shooting the guy and his dog. Ridiculous I have to pay over 100 a night and get no rest...
