Super Sad

We came to stay here as we have loved this place in the past. We arrived and the hotel had been cleaned out. The room was unkept. There was a huge dead beetle in there and a dirty glass in our restroom. I asked to speak to the manager. They said Jeff was in town. As soon as we checked in. We turned around and loaded our things and checked out. There was a weird woman in the owners suite starring at my mom and I . While it was pouring down rain. She made no attempts to check us in or help us with bags. Sad this place has gone down hill. I attempted to recover my money but the owner refuses to communicate thru email or phone calls.

When walking through the reception and entering the general areas, it feels like you are entering an oasis of green an lively jungle. The rooms are great, the pool is nice. Definitively worthwhile.
