"We had a lovely stay at the Club Hotel. Staff was very nice and even helped us carry our bags up the stairs. The shower and all the room amenities were first class. They have in room pour over coffee! A treat. There was a wonderful bar of soap that if I knew who made it I would buy more. Overall very happy with the property and staff. Quick walk to shops, bars and restaurants."

"The facility was overbooked, which we only found out after a long drive when we arrived at the motel. Instead of honoring our reservation, they sent us to a nearby motel, where the staff was unfriendly and showed no interest in helping us. We also had to pay a $100 deposit, which the other motel initially refused to return because Columbia Inn had not covered the cost of our stay. "We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. "We had a good stay at this hotel. The setting was beautiful, and we really loved being downtown. The lady who helped us was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The lodge is a bit older, but it was still clean and comfortable overall. The only downside was that there were no pillows in the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."
