"The breakfast was great, room was fine. Clean but a little weathered. The pool needs to be cleaned. We stayed in November 2025 and I said this then as well. Staff was fine. Definitely didn't go above and beyond. The tv is kind of crappy tried to hook up our lap top but the HDMI doesn't work. This was frustrating. Internet slow. "

"The staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful when we had any questions. Loved the atmosphere of the property and the breakfast was simple but delicious! I also appreciated there being ample parking. Only con was there was no microwave in the room or in the main lobby which would have been useful. "

"I've stayed at the White Horse motel several times and find that it is a great value. The rooms are clean and quiet. I'll continue to stay here when working in Charlottetown."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. It’s also a good option for business travelers, as everything was organized and convenient. However, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The gym was not available due to ongoing repairs, which was a bit disappointing....

"There was no breakfast (even though it was advertised) we had a jacuzzi tub room but there was hardly any soap, only stuff for the shower. Pool closed early. Furniture in the room was stained and pretty dingy. "

"The room had such poor sound proofing that we were awaked each night by people talking in the hallway until at least 3:30am. It sounded like they were in our room. The breakfast buffet was very poorly maintained. Each day the coffee had run out as well as many of the food items. One day we tried a hard boiled egg which was not cooked at all, looking like a fresh cracked egg. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning."

"The place is outdated for the price, breakfast was ok not good, floor wasnt the cleanest. Tub drain wouldnt close to fill the water for baths. Had an almost empty toilet paper roll about 1/4 roll. Remote for the tv didnt work. Recycle bin was dirty had some coffee grind residue at the bottom under the plastic bag. "

"Clean and comfy rooms, with great breakfast service. Very hospitable staff too. Property can seem a bit dated but that's part of the charm. Location great and walkable to places downtown, but still quiet and peaceful"
