"Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! "The staff here were UNBELIEVABLE!!! They were so freindly and so very helpful. Our room was too hot and they quickly moved us to a new room, even helped us move our things. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was just so-so for dinner. We loved this town. Wish we had stayed longer! "Es una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en Andorra tanto si el plan es esquiar como shopping ya que está cerca de todos los servicios, comercios, restaurantes, parkings etc El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones y baños también amplios. Quizás un detalle tonto pero estaría bien que pusieran zapatillas de baño ya que el suelo del baño es de mármol y aunque no está muy frío si puede resultar en un resbalón tonto al salir de la bañera o ducha. El personal muy amable. "
