"Rooms clean and comfortable only draw back early morning I smelled a really bad odor of sewage that nauseous smell made me gag where I had to leave the room for fresh air"

"We had an emergency which is why we had no choice but to stay here. I would rather sleep outside on a cardboard box. The place was disgusting and felt extremely unsafe. The door had a huge gap which allowed bugs to walk in the room. Do not stay especially if you have children. "

"The check in at the kiosk was a horrible experience. My room wasn't ready when I went to use the key the housekeeping was still cleaning and it was 7:15 pm. They need to have someone at the desk for check in "

"The place is way outdated. Our room was ok, at best. The curtain sheer was ripped, spider webs in the corners, the a/c had to be repaired and the shower knob was broken then repaired. The place has lots of history. The pool was nice. All the furniture needs updated. The restaurant and bar were the highlights."

"Pull out couch very uncomfortable. The place needs upgrading badly. There are holes in the carpeting on the stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good. "

"Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

"Key wasn’t in lockbox when we arrived, had to wait outside for a long time with my children. And I had to drive to Walmart to take them to use the restroom. Fans were full of dust. Toilet was clogged and dirty. Shower handle from master bedroom was broken, dirty dishes, ants. Pillowcases full of dust. "

"I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. "
