"The swimming pool was closed for the week, which we were notified of. But a hotel without a pool in Phoenix shouldn't even open. Mistake. The hotel did not smell well - the aroma of dogs. One reason we stayed there was "dog-friendly" for our dog, but they clearly had a problem. Worst I've ever encountered. "Couldn’t be a better refuge"

"Only quibble was one elevator was out of services a couple of times. There is another elevator at the other end of hall. Okay for us bc we can use stairs or go to other end of hall. For some of the elders tho, it was a little more difficult. Overall, the property is fabulous. Gym and pool are well maintained. "We appreciated the guest washer and dryer! Instead of lugging dirty laundry around and having to do laundry after our trip, I went home with clean clothes! I also liked the shops within walking distance. Loved Whole Foods, Snooze and Barnes and Nobles!"

"Hello, Jessica at the front desk was extremely, extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Besides our interaction with her, our stay was less than desirable. I felt that the hotel misrepresented itself with the photos online, starting with the pool. There were very few seats available and no amenities. Also, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. "The property overall was good. Unfortunately the room was very noisy and the door constantly moved and jangled whenever someone walked by or used the room next door. All the employees were nice expect one who had a consistent attitude anytime we had to interact with him. I also felt that a discount should have been given since the elevator was broken the entire time we stayed. Breakfast was good and well stocked."

"Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!"

"The property seems to suffer from a general lack of maintenance. The room was fine, but the tub faucet leaked like crazy. Not just a drip, but a fast and steady stream, all during a major drought where the west has no water. The main elevator was out of order for our entire stay. The bar and restaurant were extremely understaffed and service was lousy because of it. Overall, the stay was fine, but the place needs some upkeep work."

"House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

"We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends"
