"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! "Two considerations for our choice was the pool and the breakfast offered. The pool was closed during our stay. A nice breakfast buffet was shown on the site, but it, too, was closed during our stay leaving only packaged snack bars and coffee available. "My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is extremely outdated, and our first room was unacceptable. When we opened the door, the entire lock assembly was lying on the floor, the door was already open, and it looked like someone had tried to break in. "The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. "Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. "The hotel was clean! The staff was very professional and helpful! However, the room looked very cheaply renovated. Lots of patched up spots in the ceiling. Bathroom door was several different colors of brown. The carpet needs to be cleaned or removed. There was a slight smell over near the bathroom/fridge/microwave area. The front door entrance absolutely annoying! You have to push the handicapped button or pull/push for it to open instead of having sensors. When you have a lot in your hands...

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. My only disappointment was that the website and motel still advertised a swimming pool. The pool was closed and had not been opened this year at all. Not sure the problem or why it was not open. If they are not going to have a pool open for guest when it is 100 degrees outside they really need to remove that from the website or state that it is currently closed. Had I know this it would have changed my reservation....
