AND I had reserved the room well in advance and paid for the insurance to guarantee that the room was available but was not given what I paid for and when I questioned the staff I was locked out!"

"We rented the room with the hottub in it for the weekend booked a month in advance. The jets did not work on the hottub. Notified the staff they tried to fix it right away so I appreciate that part. Ultimately couldn't get the jets to work. After some back and forth over what the price should be for a room with a hottub that does not work they finally hit a fair price. So overall non working hottub was crap but price was fair in the end. Staff was great. "
