"The room was very nice and clean. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way and the light flickered which was slightly annoying. Loved that you can select the Elvis music by era on the TV. The restaurants were nice and the peanut butter and banana sandwich at the EP Bar & Grill was amazing. There was one night we sat down to order dessert but nobody waited on us so we left. The Elvis movies playing in the theatre every night was perfect. We got there at 7pm every night to watch a movie. The pool was nice but pretty warm. It would have been nice to have Elvis music playing out there! The live music in the lobby each night was a nice touch. The shuttle buses to Graceland come every half hour. Our driver was wonderful and even sang for us. The hotel staff were nice enough but I wouldn’t say they were trying to go above and beyond. They offer free water in the lobby and complementary PB&J sandwiches and chocolate milk every evening at 9pm. If you’re an Elvis fan, this is the place to stay!"

"Staff was extremely kind and helpful- rooms were clean and all areas we saw were kept up. This trip we did not use the gym but opted to walk the neighborhood for our morning exercise- even the people we encountered in the neighborhood were kind. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will book the next time we are in town"
