"Everything at walking distance, including the subway. The parking very convenient Rooms very quiet and extra clean, towels and bedsheets fresh and clean everyday. Room service very efficient. The best was the staff, Sarah in particular, helpful, nice, happy they can remember our names and what we were interested on. They made us feel welcomed and specials!"

"The service desk lady gave a girl a key to my room without my knowledge and a parking pass with my name. She never asked the girl for an ID. When I checked in I had to show an identification. This was a complete violation of my privacy and security, I want a full refund!!!! This is 200% unacceptable!!!"

"This was our second time staying at The Seaport Renaissance, and we were very pleased.
The hotel is well situated in a quiet area of Seaport, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Public transit is also very easily accessible.
The staff are kind and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean."

"The room was a little small and condensed without a separate bathroom area, but it was spectacular and the food amenities staff view were fantastic. Highly recommend and worth the price."

"Staff was on point. I didn’t like that.
What I did not like is the fact that I reserved a room with view on the water but I got a room with view of the street I drove in to get to the hotel when I paid extra for that room. I didn’t like it a bit. Also when my wife got to the room, there was no water. We went down to but water and they didn’t have any, very disappointed. Staff was on point"
