"We checked in on Saturday 5/23 and found bed bugs in the King bed suite. Our travel needs included having the kitchenette and a separate bedroom. We took pictures and videos of the bed bugs and showed them to management. They simply offered a refund of the suite and a stay in smaller room. We told them a standard room would not work for us. "I was put in the wrong room initially but the front desk guy corrected it for me. The room was not the most comfortable the bed was kind of hard and the towels were stiff. I am not going to lie no I would not stay here again. Also they charged me $65 for one night of valet parking!"
