But hotel staff were there with hot delicious breakfasts and the parking lot and walkways were plowed every couple hours."

We booked a room through Expedia that was advertised as having one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to accommodate four people. However, the only blankets, pillows, and sheets provided were for the queen bed, so there was nothing available for the pull-out sofa. The Expedia listing also advertised both a pool and a hot tub, but there was no hot tub available during our stay. The breakfast offerings...
