"The apartment was nice enough. It was clean and quiet. Staff was available when I had questions. However, the furniture, particularly the sofa and mattresses were not very nice at all. The master bedroom mattress had remnants of being a firm bed at one time but as since broken down and is incredibly lumpy and unsupportive. Woke up sore every morning. The pillows were also thin and uncomfortable. The sofa in the main area was slanted and lumpy, and if you attempted to stretch out, you had a bar...

"Not a bad hotel just not my cup of tea. Rooms were incredibly small. I’m also not a fan of the sink and shower being in the room. The staff were decent. I wasn’t a fan of the lady at the taco restaurant inside. She asked me how can she help me as if she was going to take my order then proceed to tell me that I could order through the digital order screen."

"I get the industrial vibe, but I wish the menu ties were better to soften the experience. The sheets were so scratchy and cheap, the bed was hard, the ac noisy, and the lighting confusing and dim. Nice to have a neighborhood location and it was mostly quiet. I just wish it was a little more comfortable"

"Hotel room was nice, not very big but still had everything that was needed. AC worked just fine as well. The area was great, lots of things around. The subway is about a 4 minute walk which makes using public transportation a lot easier. Most tourist areas are about a 20 minute walk from this place!"

"This is in great location in Lakeview East near the lgbtq amenities and the Cubs stadium. It's just too expensive. Also the staff is not very friendly. Breakfast is sufficient. I appreciate that they allow pets and that they have parking, but not free. They only clean rooms every other day, and premium coffee is not free. Also you can hear noise coming from the hallway."
