"Cushion chairs and coffee table were missing from the room leaving only the bed or desk chair to sit on. Bed was very soft. Hair was in the tub. Recommend to find other place."

"Pool was okay. Never had to remove hot tub cover ever in all my years at hotels and asked to place it back. Small a/c wall unit hard to get to and noisy all night room was very hot and took a long time to cool down. Need a remote or replace. Also continental breakfast was pathetic other Econo lodges like in Kelowna much better."

"Staying a few nights would have liked the house keeping to make beds and vacuum after two days and wipe down surfaces not just change towels. We pay a full rate every night so we should have room cleaning services. Waffle maker needs new cooking spray that ‘works’ so the waffle doesn’t stick every time. The hotel was very nice and nice service loved the hot tub and pool"

"The saving grace for this hotel is the pool. The area around the pool and the pool itself are excellent. The rooms are old with some renovations. There is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom with a tiny pedestal sink. The curtains are too small for the window in the bedroom area so the light comes in in the morning. Taking the spider webs out of the window would be nice too. The housekeepers do not know how to make a bed with tucked in sheets and no wrinkles. Our beds looked like they were...

"The property and rooms are clean and comfortable. I’d say Vernon has quite below-average hotel options, and I’ve stayed in quite a few of them. I’d say this is the best of a sub-par bunch. I will stay here again. The staff is friendly, but generally slow-moving. The bar setup is a bit weird - 4:30pm and no one available to serve or help. Supposedly opens at 5pm, but unless that is when their license kicks in, just seems like a rule they made for themselves."

"It looked like they had renovated the rooms, but not recently, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I did not get to try the pool, but it looked fine. The breakfast could have used some protein though. The waffles and muffins were good, the coffee was fresh, and the orange juice was kept in the small fridge with the milk for cerial and the yogurt. A few hard boiled eggs would have been a good compliment to all the carbs. The staff were nice to deal with as well."

"A newly renovated hotel in the heart of Lumby. Check in was easy. Used actual keys for the door. Rooms were large. Had fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Located on main street across from a large grocery store. Half a block from an amazing little coffee shop called Jitter Beans. Hotel was well priced. I would totally stay here again."

"Dingy and old. No elevator. No rooms available on first floor."

"The room clean and had been upgraded. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing was some of the guest staying there looked to be long time guests and were not very courteous to people trying to sleep. Lots of loud visiting outside my door late at night. It's a shame as it would have been a perfect stay."
