The room I had was in the old part of the hotel and was noisy, very cold and in need of a refurb - curtains didn't fit, heavily stained carpet and generally tired. Food and service was good as were the team. Handy for the motorway but not sure I would stay again

ibis budget Sheffield Arena
Some small issues, TV remote not working, bedside shelves wonky, no hand towel and air con not great. However the place was clean, staff friendly and has on-site parking. Overall it was reasonable for the price paid.

Hex Wildlife Hotel
We had a great one night stay at the Hex hotel before visiting the zoo. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were well thought out for families.

Sheffield Serenity Retreat
Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the ...
