"It was better than expected"

"The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

"The Inn at Mountainview is more than adequate for what it is. The staff is very friendly and it is a great place to stay with pets. The rooms are large and there is a lovely outdoor area for pets. The hotel elevator and stairs are both good options. The rooms are very basic but sufficient and clean. The room lighting isn't great even with the 3 lamps on but that's manageable. There is a useful refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker in the the room. The coffee at breakfast is very good and...

"We were put on the first floor in a very dirty room. The window did not lock and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. No refund was given when we decided to leave and go somewhere we felt safer."

Not having supervision in the pool was ridiculous, drinking adults with family there and disruptive kids being disrespectful and when we told someone nothing was done! And they found Knox knock zoom zoom so funny and again NOTHING WAS DONE! "

"The room was relatively clean. The AC didn't work very well and our room minifridge didn't work. I was only there for 1 night and checked in late, but it would have been nice to be able to keep our drinks cold. Check in and out was quick and easy. The exterior and parking lot can use some upgrades. Wasn't sure how safe the location was. I wouldn't choose to use this location for anything other than just to sleep."

"The breakfast wa fresh but limited. There was bacon which was goo, the eggs were a little watery and potatoes which were made with hot (not sweet) peppers. The oatmeal was good and there was make your own waffles. Parking as fine"

"We arrived around 11 pm ant the room was about 100 degrees hot. Everything in the room was hot to the touch.The heat was on and AC did not worked.. Asked the front desk to change the room and she stated there is no room available but we are free to leave and find another hotel. Took half an hour for her to come up to come up and confirm the AC was not working. Since we were too tired after long drive decided to stay and later regretted as we could not sleep in the hot room.
