"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage aber ein wenig weit vom Stadtzentrum und Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmern Richtig der sehr befahrenen Straße ist nicht zu empfehlen. Der Preis nur für die 7 Übernachtungen war richtig, richtig hoch."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

Para ir al toilets bajar 6 escalones y piso resabloso, fácil de caerse, y está en una avenida que no hay ni donde tomar un bus. Y no hay nada para comprar ni agua al Menos en 4 klm a la redonda."

"Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avions pris deux logement durant la durée du Top Marques et nous n’avons absolument rien à redire. Les logements sont incroyables tous comme l’a vu. Le parking est bien sécurisé comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Les seuls point faibles sont le manque de volet et qu’il n’y ai pas de café à disposition comme noté dans la description. Je recommande cet agence pour votre séjour "

Couple would be for sure recommending that specific place, but be sure if you're going to explore the south of France and other surrounding areas.
