Clean modern room, beds were super comfy to sleep especially after a day of walking and getting the steps in. Staff were so lovely and helpful, would definitely come back to stay as location was superb! The only tiny thing that I suggest would be to have the dog area away from reception as first thing you see and can smell are them but that’s minor compared to the room and everything else

Hotel has great location near the beach and old town. Nice staff and bar area. Room also nicely decorated However - room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 days and we checked out on the third. Had to ask for towels as not enough for 2 people when we got In but more crucially Carpet had just been cleaned (maybe shampooed) and was damp through out stay. Staff were nice and gave us a late check out as compensation.

Staff was excellent and very helpful!!! Hotel rooms were great and depending on price I’d get the bigger room. We loved having the A/C as the temps were pretty high 95 to 105 for a few days. hotel is very new so you will enjoy how well kept the place is. Rooms were decorated nice, color scheme was a bit dark so you needed all the lights on to help. (This is a bit of a nit….Wish they would add a cart in the large walk-in shower so guests had a place for their shampoo, etc.)

Our room (317) was awful. Filthy carpet, dirty cracked tiles in the bathroom. Trying to get a usable shower temperature was impossible. The room was way, way past its ‘sell by’ date. I checked the 4th floor and from the outside it looks like the rooms may have been updated. Staff were pretty good. Breakfast was passable… just! No beach view - the hotel faces away from the beach. Their beach bar and restaurant was a shambles. Understaffed and disorganised. Service was awful. Don’t be fooled by the images on their website - it’s nothing like that. This hotel is not even close to 4 star!

My Thea’s ready when we arrived but my travelling companions room was not, in fact it was still occupied. Julianna was mortified and did everything she could to rectify the problem. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.

From the USA. Stayed 3 nights at Hotel Beau Rivage. Location is excellent in terms of restaurants/shops/beach nearby. Ubering is easy. Safe location. Hotel was clean and A/C worked great. A few inaccurate/deceiving notes about the listing. 1) Beau Rivage Beach Club chairs/access is NOT included with your stay. It costs $35 Euros per lounge chair per day and the only way to get that rate is to pay in cash at the front desk. The Beau Rivage Beach Club costs $55 Euros if you go directly there. Beach is large rocks so water shoes are a must. 2) Hotel does NOT give you beach towels to take to the beach no matter where you are going. They list they give you beach towels which is not true. 3) Bar on site is not technically part of the hotel. Bartender does not assist with opening wine bottles from outside the bar, they will not loan out corkscrews, buckets or ice for you to take to your room. They really should correct the listing so it is not false. Other than that, the stay was great.

I have alwaya booked with expedia and hotel has contacted them for me and made changes as needed. The description on the website or On expedia is not Clear!
