"Une bonne surprise après lectures des différents commentaires. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, la salle de bain nickel, le lit confortable, le linge propre et doux, mini frigo avec de l'eau... Alors oui, en effet, on est en bout de piste, sur une avenue très passante, l'isolation est inexistante. Mais faut faire des choix. Pour le prix, avec parking gratuit, et à 10mn de l'aéroport, il faut faire des compromis. En revanche non, ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles, deux tout au plus."

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"Staff is kind and accommodating however access to entrance of property including car entrance is by access code which is booking via a third-party you should get since Front Desk is not always on duty especially at 3 PM when we attempted to check in. The property has been tastefully decorated, but could use more detailed maintenance and upkeep. We did not find the floors, particularly clean and there was somewhere in tear on the paint. The walls are paper, thin at least on the first floor, where...

"Zum zweiten Mal war für uns im Palazzo Rosenthal wohlfühlen und im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen angesagt. ALLE sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer engagiert, kleinste Problemchen schnell zu beheben. Außerdem scheinen unsere Wünsche auf der Stirn gestanden zu haben, denn alles wurde wieder zuvorkommend und „special“ für uns möglich gemacht. "This is a great hotel with great service & convenient for day tour pick up. It is by the train station so the area is busy. There are good restaurants close by and police around to help address problems typical of a big city. Naples has many diverse neighbourhoods & wonderful waterfront. I walked but I am used to big cities. Great for a short term stay."

"I don't want to hurt the ratings of this hotel but I wanted to explain a few things so that future guests understand a little more about the property. We booked a room with a king + 2 doubles for one single night as our last night in Italy before our 6 am 22 hr journey home. We wanted something comfortable and close to the airport so it seemed like a good choice, but I was a bit disappointed in a few things.
