"We are a family of three who spent two nights in the family room. It was spotless, comfortable, very well presented with good facilities. We had an issue on our first night but the staff did their best to deal with it. Fortunately this was resolved. Breakfast was great, excellent quality and a good selection. Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village.
