"Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette with supplies. The room was dusty, the furniture scratched. Not worth the price paid. The last condo type room I stayed in at Branson had fireplaces, in both the living room and the bedroom. Jetted tub, king size pillow top mattress, immaculately clean, fully stocked with kitchen utensils. Including glassware wine glasses plates silverware. Pots and pans et cetera.. i forget the name of the place I stayed but it was over by the fall creek area. Unless their price comes down to $250 or less, and i'm thinking, like Orlando FL prices, I can get the same type of room for 150 and less. Do not listen to the hype. You can do much better elsewhere. The hotel was fairly empty however they put us in a room right next to some very noisy neighbors who were apparently upset the electric went out during our stay. Why they could not have spaced us out I do not understand."

"We have stayed here before and love the location and amenities. The pool, hot tub, and views are great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. This time, the floor was not very clean, I swept and mopped it myself the first night we arrived because it felt grimy and our feet were getting dirty. There were live wasps in our room. The patio screens were filthy. I cleaned them with a broom. There were live wasps in the screened patio too. The curtain rod for the patio door was falling out of the ceiling and needed fixed. The people that came for the weekend halfway through our trip brought two dogs that barked all night and day the first 24 hours they arrived. Several people called the front desk, including us. It did help some, I think they separated the dogs as the barking reduced. The grounds and landscaping around the pool look rundown. It looks like they need some TLC. We will probably try a different location next time."

"Had activities throughout the day. Granddaughter loved the Karaoke. Shuttle service to SDC wasn’t very good. On a Saturday evening sent a text saying they were shutting down service at 4:00pm the park didn’t close until 7:00pm so that was disappointing. Had to make other arrangements for being picked up."

"I am so very impressed with this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very easy to check-in. We stayed in the Victorian tea room building and had a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was fantastic. The distance from downtown eureka spring's main street was perfect. Priced very well!"

"The resort is a timeshare push. From the moment you check in, they are trying to sell a timeshare. We chose this property due to the water park and it was closed during our stay. The house was worn out and dated (paint faded, wood rot, interior doors loose). I wouldn’t recommend. There are much better options in Branson. I wish I would have looked at reviews closer before booking. It looks like once capital vacations took over it went downhill."
