"The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. From their responsiveness, to the airport shuttle to the room cleanliness, to the pizza we enjoyed in the on-site restaurant, they exceeded the our expectations. "We appreciated the shuttle van back and forth from the airport for only 5 euros per person. The room was very quiet and comfortable. There was a bar and coffee machine in the lobby and fresh cold filtered water machine on each floor. The breakfast buffet was huge for only 12 euros per person and they prepared your coffee as you requested. I had delicious caffe latte."
