"When we first entered out room it did smell a bit musty. But I do believe thats due to the room having been used very little all winter and them just starting the season. We got two rooms. Ours was in over all good shape with the exception of what looked like a small stain on the been sheet. The sheet was clean but it looked like a stain that had been there. The door to our patio was a bit messed up but it still opened and we were able to access the area. The problem came with my parents room....
