"The onsite restaurant provided a reasonably priced breakfast buffet everyday alongside regular menu items. The lounge served great food with healthy options for those of us with discerning palates. Our room was comfortable and in the perfect location for the festival we attended...across the parking lot from a beautiful park. Great stay."

"The hotel is dated, but it was decently clean. Mattress was comfortable. Grout was broken. Floor is stained. Wall paper peeling. The breakfast was waffles and hard boiled eggs that didn't have tongs so children were rifling through them with their fingers. There was cereal but no milk. This was the entire breakfast. The pool worked but there was only one light (I checked the switches), so it was very dark inside."

"When we went to check in the front desk attendant was arguing with someone that had stayed there earlier that day. The next customer in line had issues with their reservation and he got very argumentative with them as well. He was not very friendly. Room smelled bad. The one good thing was the air conditioner did an excellent job of cooling the room."

"The front desk staff were excellent, but the housekeeping department needs a lot of work. For what we paid, it was not what it was advertised to be. That being said, we appreciated that there was always hot coffee available and Monday through Thursday they offered complimentary beer, wine, sodas and kiddie snacks. I think our expectations were too high based on the photos and price."

"The Room: the room was well maintained and clean. They had a mini fridge and microwave. Would have loved a tub, but shower was nice. The TV had issues one night, but staff got right on it to fix. Staff: very nice and professional. The cookies at front desk were a nice welcome. Location: the area was safe and easy to access. We spent a lot of time seeing 1880 Train, Reptile Garden, Crazy Horse, Mt Rushmore, Needles Hwy, Custer. It was about 40 minute drive to these sites. I think it may be...

"The beds definitely need to be replaced. We had three nights at the hotel and beds in our room were not comfortable. For the price we paid for this hotel, my family actually would've been happier at the Comfort Inn for ~$30-40 a night cheaper. We booked this hotel expecting it to be nicer and willing to pay a little more. The carpets need a serious cleaning throughout the hotel and beds were not comfortable.
