"No hot water. front desk staff said we had to let the water run for 20 min to heat up, which isn’t very eco friendly considering they had signs up about being water efficient and reusing towels."

My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax during my stay. The hotel's amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. "Front desk was very helpful for a coffee pot and any questions that I had. Breakfast should be more than grab and go. It's easy to put a waffle iron and cereal in the Breakfast Room, since there are already tables and chairs."

"I stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping at all. No ice machines work anywhere on property. Roaches in room. The breakfast is just a little bit of cereal. No juice no nothing. The property is in bad shape."
