"The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected."

"When we checked in there was no one at the desk which required us to wait for several minutes. The bed frame had a piece of it sticking out the side on which my wife cut her leg. The breakfast wasn’t bad, however all they had to drink was coffee or hot tea. They had cereal which meant there had to be milk somewhere. It took a trip to the front desk to ask about it. "This hotel is brand new. Because of it because of it being so new a lot of things to work properly. My biggest disappointment was the pool was not ready for guest. It looks to be at least a month away before anyone can go swimming in the pool. Hotels.com did not tell us that there was no working pool on the property. hotels.com answer the question that there is a pull on a property to be correct.
