"Parking was easy and secure. Clean comfortable room, restaurants shopping close by. "

"Our room smelled like cigarettes and it was so over powering that it made it really difficult to sleep. The pillows on the bed were 1/2 size. Not sure what that was about either."

"Check in was super easy and so convenient for the airport. The parking lot was very well lit and felt secure. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated the shuttle to the airport as well."

"Staff was unresponsive to complaint about large amount of hair in/on shower drain. Asked them to clean it and it wasn't done. Also the bathroom had a very strong odor that want addressed. Seemed like nice people just not focused on details."

"We booked an accessible room for my elderly, disabled parents. The bathroom was great, but the chair in the room was a bench facing the beds which did not allow tv viewing. The beds, though comfortable, were the only other option, but strangely, they were very low to the ground so my parents were unable to rise from them without assistance. At their age, there were several nighttime trips to the bathroom so no one got much rest. A microwave and Trophy Room menus in the rooms would be nice."
