"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."

"Good location for the hop on bus tour, not many restaurants locally. But 15 mins walk away and there were plenty.

"Desde a chegada ao hotel até o checkout, fomos bem recepcionados. Todos funcionários muito educados, prestativos e proativos. Viajei com minha esposa e meu filho de 1 ano e foi incrível a experiência.
No primeiro dia, não havíamos conseguido cadastrar o chip do celular da claro para poder ter internet no Chile, então as meninas da recepção nos auxiliaram com os passos para o cadastro e deu super certo.
Alem disso, gostaria de parabenizar o serviço de todas camareiras, que prestaram um...

"Good location for visiting the sights of the central city. The room was very spacious, with a small kitchen and living space separate from the bedroom. The breakfast had a good range and was well stocked. The rooftop bar was a good spot for a refreshment after a day exploring the sights. The only negative was that our we could hear the noise from the bar in our 5th floor room."
