Hotel dekat Arundells

"Wichtigster Punkt: Das "Doppelbett" ist max. 130cm breit, also viel zu schmal für 2 Personen! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1.OG zur Strasse: Der Verkehr direkt unterhalb des Fensters ist sehr laut. Motorradfahrer und getunte Autos drehen hier gerne nochmal ordentlich laut auf. Kein Zimmerservice, wir waren 3 Nächte dort, die Zimmer wurden nicht hergerichtet, war aber für uns okay, weil mit den kleinen Koffern am Boden das Zimmer komplett ausgefüllt war. "We were told this building was 960 years old. It is very delightful and a wonderful walk to town. Dinner was amazing - we had the bang bang chicken and steak frites, plus chocolate mousse. Every bite was fabulous! Kuddos to the chef. I would say the "king" bed is more like a queen in the United States, and there was a lot of pub noise, but it all quieted down after 10:30 - so we slept very well. I would highly recommend this to anyone."

"This was an amazing experience! These people have been doing this for 40 years, and have it down! Hospitality is second nature to them! Everything was lovely! They gave us the family suite so we wouldn’t have to bring our luggage upstairs. Hilary made the most perfect breakfast and it was so lovely to chat with her. "The property was very clean and comfortable and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Just a couple of observations . If a client is using derogatory foul audible language aimed at women in the bar area they should be asked to stop by the manager/bar tender - it’s not pleasant to be subjected to this if you’re sitting quietly trying to enjoy your own drink . It would be great value & a positive accolade for a simple continental breakfast to be included in the nightly rate instead of...
