"Staff were friendly and the hotel is relatively close to public transportation. We had the Sky Residence Room and it was very nice. All in all a good experience but it is a big hotel and so feels a bit busy/crowded in public spaces."

"This hotel is beautiful! I loved the cutting edge decor meshed with tradition in mind. Very nice amenities included. The staff was tentative periodically and needed more training, this left me wanting at times. The breakfast buffet was very good with an extensive selection. Overall, it was a good stay"
