"It was a good hotel and the staff was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised that the stay included transportation to the airport. The only things I would change would be the towels and the soap bar. They could use a better towels quality cuter shampoo conditioner and soap dispensers to add a nicer touch to the room."

"Very good stay close to the airport! The restaurant was great for dinner and the staff were very helpful and kind! I appreciated them arranging a taxi for airport pickup and drop off. The room was as advertised, clean, and fit our needs for a quick stay! No AC (if that is something you are looking for!) but we still slept very well!"

"I cannot say enough good things about the EB Hotel Quito, the amenities and their fantastic staff. Despite my lack of Spanish, they were so accommodating and made me feel so comfortable. I must especially recognize both Dalllery and Diana at the front desk/reception. I must also recognize the amazing masseuse, Luz. I was there for 5 days and had 3 massages! The restaurant and management staff were equally outstanding. I look forward to returning and staying at this wonderful resort to further...
