"The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. "Fantastic hotel.
Its the second time that we have been there.
The room was very clean and the breakfast great with lots of things warm and cold dishes.
The view from our room was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Receptionist with check in was very professional. The Concierge team help me in any question I had. For shops, transportation , good pubs etc.
Outside from the hotel there are many buses going almost everywhere in the city. Also metro stop is only 200m away.
