"Everything was excellent throughout only a minor slip with the cleaning we had two long hairs on our mattress which looked like from the cleaner maybe completely unintended you can tell by the beds overall cleanliness and everything else was superb. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent and the staff were all excellent too. We will definitely be back!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had supper at the pub downstairs a couple of times and our food was fantastic. The area was mostly quiet (the World Cup finals were on while we were there, so that was exciting) and an easy tune line to the big tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again’"

I received a message in the morning saying our room was available much earlier then check in is advertised, so we decided to go earlier and drop our things off. The receptionist advised that our room was not ready but put us in one of the luxury rooms that was ready instead, so despite the mistake there were no problems. "The staff here was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience here. The front desk employee from Brazil, I believe her name was Carol, was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the location, and we loved the jamaican restaurant nearby!"

"Clean room, tidy and modern. There was Ac but not fully working. Bathroom was clean check in was easy. Nice area. We booked a king room however it was just 2 twin beds pushed together with an annoying gap in the middle."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very Convenient to all the places we needed to go. We travelled with my kids aged 13 and 15. They have great deal where kids eat free. The dinner menu was very nice. We really enjoyed. The buffet breakfast was really nice also."

"Stayed here after going to a concert at Wembley. Two adults, four teenage girls, the room had a double bed and two sets of bunks. The room was great, exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, complete with toiletries and towels. They provided really nice coffee bags instead of the cheap instant granules found in a lot of hotels. All in all, it was a great stay. Nice and close to the underground and lots of options for food. The staff were so friendly and helpful."
