"The property is very well looked after & staff are fabulous. Ellie in the morning at both breakfasts and our check in & out was great. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We ate both times at the pub, breakfast & dinner, I think the menu is too big which led to some inconsistent dishes being serviced. "The room itself was fine, but the amenities were poor. The room is only made up if you're staying more than two days, and even then it's only on request. Our bins were never emptied in a week. Tea and Coffee was not refilled. The self check-in procedure worked badly, and required an extra £10 per day parking fee, which I was still charged even when not using the car park. Despite trying to position itself as a family hotel, access to the pool is limited for families, and the onsite restaurant...

"This was our fifth stay at the crown and cushion, It appealed to us because it is a very old pub with parking, staff are always very helpful and knowledgable, it’s a short walk into Windsor, with Windsor Castle to visit, also walks or boat trips along the Thames and walks in the Windsor great park. You can also drive or take public transport to Hampton Court Palace or drive to Hever Castle ( home of Ann Boleyn)."

"Even though this property was under a little bit of construction it didn’t bother us a bit. The hotel itself is absolutely charming, and the staff were ridiculously welcoming and kind willing to help us with anything we needed to make our time there more comfortable. It’s right in the heart of town and within walking distance to the castle, food and shopping. This is a great find and reasonably priced for the standard of room and service! Highly recommend!"

"I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly."

"The location is great, you walk out of the door and walk down the street and you’re at all the shops and Windsor Castle! The train station is also super close!"

"The best thing about the stay were how friendly & helpful the staff were. The best staff I have ever met in a hotel. Everyone was so accommodating from reception, waiting staff & cleaners. The hotel owner is very lucky to have staff like this & they are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was really good also. One piece of feedback but not important, maybe consider investing in a coffee machine as I missed my cappuccino!"
