"The property itself was lovely, well maintained and in a fantastic location, which we really appreciated. However, the self-service check-in was quite disappointing. We did not receive any arrival instructions by email, and there was no one available on-site to assist us. My only negative was the problem getting in when we first arrived, I'd sent photos of passports days earlier in an email , but didn't receive any codes. If the shop keeper next door hadn't helped it could have been very stressful. "
