"Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station."

"Was supposed to be here for 2 nights, first night first room, TV not working, Wifi not working and no hot water! Moved me to a new room turned out to have the same issues. When I reached the hotel for the second night I was told. there is still no hot water so left the hotel and stayed elsewhere. The room was booked in advance and have contacted the hotel via Expedia twice to try and get a refund for at least the second night and not heard from them at all."

"Rooms are very durty and dusty ,the head board needs replacing all black bits falling off onto pillows , bed room skirting in need of repair ,furniture old and tatty. The bathroom has a shower over the bath tiles moldy and durty sink no plug. Bath side coming away from bath very durty ,under radiator very dusty. The corridor is very dark and carpets very durty door frames damaged. Do not stay at this hotel if you want agreenking keep going and looking. "

"Place was thilthy not a triple room radiator hanging off the wall its house of multiple occupancy full of loud smack & crack head all shouting in the corrudor day & night cane back to mental health nusre banging like crazy said wanted the girl in our room who id atually seen & she said thats my room your in so then was worried about who had keys this place is nothing like advertised You shoukd not mix long term residents with issues with paying guests it was very frightening going out the room...

"DISGUSTING. We found BED BUGS in our room while traveling with our 3-year-old. We had to strip our child immediately out of fear she’d been exposed. Absolutely horrifying as a parent. Our entire trip was ruined. We had to cancel an important appointment and drive FOUR HOURS back home the same day. Completely unacceptable and beyond unsanitary. No family should ever stay here. Avoid at all costs."

"It was a classic cheaper airport hotel. Modern, though a touch dated, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fine (but no Worcestershire, brown or any other sauces!) and the location was easily walkable to the airport. I’d stay here again the next time I use this airport, and recommend the place. "

"Lovely accommodation in a great village. Good good but a little expensive. Hotel room was comfortable and modernised but bathroom was a little tired although it had a great shower with plenty of power and hot water. Drinks provided in room. Great price for good rooms."

"I grabbed a pillow from the wardrobe that was in a "clean" plastic bag, the pillow was infested with bed bugs as I got bitten on my head, neck, hands and arms. My wife, who was next to me, was not bitten, so I assume it was the pillow. Pls take necessary measures to clean."

"Yes I was late for 9.00pm check in , but the pub was supposed to be open to 10Pm which it was not. Did not answer initial messages about a refund and refused a refund after Expedia called to request one. Make you own mind up what kind of place this is. "

"no signs for reception, doors were locked and there was no number or bell to ring, no wifi, no rubbish bin in room, curtains too small for the window, no toiletries, car park poorly lit, it looks like the hotel is under some sort of renovation, raining last night and the gutter was leaking"

"The booking was for breakfast included and when i arrived i was told we dont do breakfast any more with no offer to reimburst. Plug founts loose, tv brand new so new it wasnt connected to anything so was unable to use. Shower only ran cold (ran for 10 minutes) "
