The staff was pleasant. The room looked as if someone had been in it . The bed was not completely made. Up. There were long hairs on the sink.. We were not given clean washcloths and towels on the second day. I had to go down and ask for washcloths as we were only given one .(there were 2 of us)

No maid service. Had to get our own towels from front desk for 2nd night. . Sign in rooms said leave wet towels on floor if you want clean ones. Beds not made. Fire alarm beeped the entire first night of our stay. Staff is pleasant and friendly and fresh hot coffee at all times in lobby. Place conveniently located. Breakfast available with gluten free options as well.

Beds were very uncomfortable! It was clean and staff friendly. Pool was closed due to it not processing chemicals correctly. This was nobody's fault but very disappointing because grands were looking forward to the hotel pool.

I was able to get checked in smoothly even with the hotel experiencing issues from a recent storm. My room was clean, but I did find trash and food particles when I opened the pull out sofa for my children to sleep. The bathroom was clean. The pool was very cold and looked cloudy. I went to the breakfast area around 9am and most of the hot food was gone.

I had read some prior comments about this property and have to say I found it very nice and clean , well maintained. Staff was great from check in going forward . Rooms were clean , quiet and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was adequate. Plenty of dining options close by

relatively clean room and property and no concerns related to personal safety on property. staff was visible and helpful. Breakfast is terrible - choices consist of frozen microwavable breakfast sandwiches that were not completely cooked, no other choices., I ended up having to go to Walmart to get food for breakfast. During our 3 day stay our room was never cleaned, no fresh towels, didn't empty trash. room furnishings could use a refresh - bathroom, mattress, room furnishings. Not sure if I would stay there again. definitely an older Fairfield inn property.

Staff was wonderful. Not sure what was going on in the lobby and other common areas but the main doors were always propped open with box fans running. It is a non smoking property but the hallways had a stench of old cigarettes. Pool was ice cold and small which my kids were unable to really enjoy. Whirlpool was blocked off and covered so that was unavailable. Room was fairly clean when we arrived and we had to ask for our trash to be taken out and linens replenished (we were there for 3 days). Even then, housekeeping only removed some of the trash. Check in and check out was a breeze and breakfast was decent. Staff was calm and helpful during the tornado warning we were there for and they were very kind to my children who were a bit rambunctious during the tornado scare.

Overall our stay was good; accommodations, breakfast and the staff were excellent, but I was very disappointed to learn at check out the price quoted by Expedia did not include the $50 pet fee. It was a separate add on charge.

Let me start by saying the staff there was excellent. He tried to help every possible way they could but from the start we had problems. The keys were not working and the The hotel needs a major update. The air conditioner was not working in the lobby. The pool was not working again and this is a second time this happened to us. The rooms were also a little bit outdated. Needs a total overhaul

Two problems, the shampoo dispenser was off wall sitting on side of the tub and the plunger on the body wash was stuck. The toilet was not filling the reservoir.Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was very good.
