It wasn’t bad for just a quick needed stop but the hot water sucked. The floor was very dirty. Barely any towels. No trash can. It smelt like a musty old lady. The front person was rude

The staff was nice, But I've never stayed somewhere without 2 nightstands, more than 1 lamp for the entire room, a mirror in the main room would have been nice since the bathroom was 2 small for 2 women to get ready for work. The bed was comfortable and clean. A week of focused energy would work wonders at this facility.

bad bed sheets ripped off. I have never seen like this before in my life as per same like I am living with animals. Bad bad bad bad so disappointed with Expedia's service

When they booked me in at the front desk, one of the staff members rushed to the room to get it “ready”. When I went in, there was no art on the walls, no remote for the TV, fresh drywall patches on the walls, food and debris on the bathroom walls and truly awful bedding that would slip off the bed during the night because it was a stiff synthetic material . Also, it was a no smoking room that had venting connected to a smoking room so I had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the neighbors smoke from coming into the rest of the room. The staff was as helpful as they could be and I only stayed because there were no other rooms available during our business event.
