Check-in staff was friendly and quick. Hotel is a bit run down from the outside and area is not so clean. I highly recommend 2nd building, very quiet! 1st building was full and a bit noisy. Next to mall and food options. I didn't see any bugs which was a HUGE PLUS FOR ME.

We were concerned because the price was so low but this was a great overnight. I asked a couple of questions before the stay and they were promptly answered. The receptionist when we checked in was personable and helpful. The breakfast was standard as expected with waffles cereal fruit coffee tea and juices and the single kitchen staff was very friendly and personable as well. This was almost a steal at the price for a night!

Have of a used shampoo was in the bathroom for use was alittle weird. There was a dead cockroach on the desk in room just picked it up. There was a Heineken beer cap on floor under desk in room. Smelled like stale smoke. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was great. Just those small minor things other then that stay went well.

Great for the price

This is a great hotel for the amount you pay. Nice clean rooms. Front desk was very accommodating especially with us arriving at 1am. Everyone had great customer service. Great location close to a lot of restaurants. We will definitely be staying here every time we're in Greensboro.

Disappointing stay

The staff were very friendly, and supportive. The morning breadfast room was clean and well appointed. The room was disappointing. A majority of the electrical outlets didn't work, as well as the wall hairdryer. Overall, the room smelled like a dirty old ashtray. The general appearance of the facility indicates it needs an upgrade.

Good food places around walking distance. Arena was close by and felt safe walking back at night. Hotel needs an update to room. Door had to be slammed hard to close and shower area needed some update with paints.

Check in was very easy. She was very personable and always smiling. The room was clean buy needed updates. The cam mode moved every time you sat/got up, the entrance door needed weather stripping, bathroom door knob needed tighting. But over all good.

Good for a short stay but needs upgrades.

The service was great. The property could use some updates like the parking lot had pot holes. The pool was empty and look like its been empty all year. I couldn't find the ice machine that was supposed to be on every floor i was told. The room was clean and comfortable for the one night I stayed. The breakfast area was clean.
