"Our room was clean. The desk staff were friendly, helpful and competent. Natasha gave great service at breakfast and the cook had a cheerful attitude. Breakfast was a buffet, and they cooked our eggs to order. Parking was free. The only downside(s) were that generally the hotel is dated: the outside could use a freshening up as could the bathroom fixtures."

"We had no hot water. We called the desk, they changed our rooom-no hot water there either. We checked the next morning, still cold.
The elevator had odd noises and shook the entire building.
The first, third and fourth floor ice machines were out of order.
The men's bathroom was out of order.
We did see repair people putting in new dry wall.
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was boring but adequate. Room was clean."

"This my first visit and will be our go to hotel in Asheville from this point on for my family. It’s an extremely thoughtful space in every area. The staff is incredible. The rooms are so comfortable with so many amenities. The social hour featuring local wines and beer along with appetizers is amazing. By far the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever encountered.
