"We got into our room for the night. Within the first 15 minutes of lying in bed, I started to get itchy and noticed hives. After several bites, I turned on the flashlight on my phone and checked the bed and pillows. There were tiny little bugs crawling around on both the bed and pillow. I jumped in the shower to wash them off. I had several bites on my arm and face. Got absolutely no sleep."

They said they had no record of my prepaid reservation; once that was ironed out, they said no one was there to check me in… they assigned me a room number over the phone and told me to take any of the three keys that were on the counter. I took all three. I later found out they opened ANY door. I left for dinner and upon my return realized the tv didn’t work and there was no screen in the window. ...

"Our room was so clean - everything looked like new - if you like a firm mattress this one was good - I like semi firm so sleeping was a bit tough. The staff were so friendly upon our arrival and were there to help in any way the could. Breakfast was hot and very good - there was even a waffle maker -eggs bacon sausage - etc. Very happy it wasn't the usual continental breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was also close to attractions and shopping."

"It was the weekend before Memorial Day and nothing was open. The beach was beautifully raked, and the men that work there are fabulous. There was no microwave in the room and very short supplies for coffee and drinks. The fire pit wasn’t out either. The view from my room was beautiful."
