"No microwave oven in the room...need per room.."

"Book the king room because I travel with children and have disabilities. So I need the extra space, get their in the early evening and get into the room, and find out that the sofa bed doesn't have a mattress, go down to talk to the front desk, and get told. That sounds like a me problem. Because they don't have a spare mattress, and I should have planned ahead. I did, my itinerary said, I was coming with four people, so I needed a room that sleeps four. The host at the front desk was rude....

"The room was nice however the sink would not drain, it took a lot of time for the water to go down the drain. The hot water was non existent unless you showered late in the night or before 7. With a bit of much needed maintenance this place wouldn’t take much to get a higher rating."

"A newly renovated hotel in the heart of Lumby. Check in was easy. Used actual keys for the door. Rooms were large. Had fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Located on main street across from a large grocery store. Half a block from an amazing little coffee shop called Jitter Beans. Hotel was well priced. I would totally stay here again."

"We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The entire floor we were on was under renovations, and a lot was missed when they cleaned our room one day, but once we mentioned the it to the front desk there were no more problems and the renovations never once bothered us. The pool is great. Cold, but you get used to it fast. The slide is awesome. My kids loved it. The breakfast is perfect for a quick grab and again, great for the kids with the waffle bar. All in all, we enjoyed it and would stay...

"Our room looked clean until we took our shoes off and then little ants were everywhere. Floors were filthy , we wet a cloth to wipe some moisture up and it was black . Had to go buy air fresheners the odour was so bad , not even a bag for ice , just the bucket"
